Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Passion for pets and understanding of pet products is a plus, but not required
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer support software is an asset
