What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Call Center Agent - Customer Relations at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer calls in a customer contact center setting, providing exceptional service and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Researching and interpreting company procedures to assist pharmacy customers, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution of their inquiries
  • Collaborating with various departments to resolve customer concerns, leveraging your problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Processing incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy
  • Upholding customer service goals of responsiveness, reliability, and professionalism, consistently exceeding customer expectations

What Is Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer concerns
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows-based applications and MS Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Flexibility in work schedule and completion of paid training program, with a willingness to learn and grow with the organization

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:

  • Bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak Spanish
  • Prior inbound Call Center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer concerns
  • Previous experience working from home, with a strong understanding of remote work arrangements and the ability to maintain productivity and focus
  • Prior retail or Pharmacy experience, with a deep understanding of the industry and the ability to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
