Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will be the voice of arenaflex, working to build relationships with our customers, and helping them find solutions to their post-purchase issues. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Handle a high volume of customer interactions, including returns, substitutions, delivery issues, and product availability
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to resolve customer issues in a first contact resolution approach
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and timely support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, handle time, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Windows operating systems or similar
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal downtime
  • Ability to pass a background check and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer support experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with CRM software and other customer support tools
  • Knowledge of home goods and furniture industry
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
