Job Summary

As a Business Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and success by leveraging data-driven insights and strategic thinking. You'll work closely with our senior leadership team to inform business decisions, develop and implement strategic plans, and drive results-oriented initiatives. Key Responsibilities

* Conduct in-depth analysis of business data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business results and achieve company goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform business decisions and drive results-oriented initiatives
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform business strategy
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and business partners
• Communicate complex data insights and strategic recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or mathematics

• 2+ years of experience in a business analysis or related role
• Strong consultative skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent business intuition, with the ability to understand how different pieces of the business intersect
• Strong logical and quantitative skills, with the ability to work with and analyze large data sets
• Remarkable critical thinking and execution skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Phenomenal written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights and strategic recommendations to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data analysis software, such as Google BigQuery or SQL

• Familiarity with programming languages, such as R or Python
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel and other business intelligence tools
• Certification in business analysis or a related field
