Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for using pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information, processing prescriptions, and providing exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a strong skillset in data entry, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Use pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining work flow, including ordering and stocking prescription medications.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Model and share customer service best practices with colleagues to ensure a unique and delightful customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly pharmacy department, ensuring adequate supplies and equipment are available.
- Comply with all company guidelines and policies, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers.
- Complete special assignments and other responsibilities as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager, personnel Pharmacist, and Store Supervisor.
Essential Qualifications
* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
- Prefer previous work experience with arenaflex.
- Desire math skills to accurately fill prescriptions, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications.
- Desire computer skills, including proficiency in pharmacy systems.
- Desire knowledge of store inventory management.
- Prefer % certification.
Preferred Qualifications
* Six months of experience in a retail environment.
- Previous work experience with arenaflex.
- Desire math skills to accurately fill prescriptions, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications.
- Desire computer skills, including proficiency in pharmacy systems.
- Desire knowledge of store inventory management.
- Prefer % certification.
Education & Personal Development
* Earn and maintain % certification through the unique % training program and/or state required certification/registration.
- Attend training and complete PPLs requested by the manager and acquire continuing education credits.
- Maintain expertise and skill in healthcare and pharmacy, including latest information and developments.
