About the Role
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, stores, and partners through telephone, visit, and email interactions. You'll be part of a high-volume contact center that handles over 10 million contacts each year, and you'll be expected to drive outcomes that benefit our partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to a high volume of incoming calls, visits, and messages from clients, stores, and partners
- Utilize various systems and tools to resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently
- Provide expert-level customer service in a conversational manner, using all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns as needed
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume contact center environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Effective completion of mandatory training programs
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing industry
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
