Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting the not-for-profit organization's scholarship program, which provides critical funding to students attending K-12 private schools. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to incoming calls from families and schools regarding student inquiries, scholarship applications, and funding status
• Providing accurate and timely information to callers, ensuring their questions are answered and their needs are met
• Demonstrating empathy, personability, and compassion in sometimes challenging situations
• Utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver an exceptional customer service experience
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation, ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders
• Collaborating with the not-for-profit organization's team to resolve complex issues and provide support

Qualifications

* At least one year of customer service or call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

• English proficiency, with a language assessment required for all candidates
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering an excellent customer service experience
• Ability to remain empathetic, personable, and compassionate in challenging situations
• Self-motivation, detail-orientation, and ability to multitask, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Accurate typing and keyboard skills, with comfort using PC and internet navigation

Requirements for Remote Work

* Wired internet connectivity with internet speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
