Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Interacting with customers in a kind and beneficial manner, crafting memorable experiences and building customer loyalty and retention
- Stepping up and anticipating customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility, even in challenging situations
- Working every day with a safety mentality, ensuring that you and your colleagues maintain the highest standards of safety and security
- Navigating complex situations with composure and adaptability, while maintaining a positive attitude and a focus on customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve success, supporting new processes and technologies, and driving continuous improvement
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- A minimum of 18 years of age
- Comfort working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
- Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
- Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
- Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards
