Job Summary

As a Food Service Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading a team of hourly colleagues in the food and beverage department. You'll work closely with your team to ensure that our guests have a positive experience, and that our stores are well-stocked, clean, and welcoming. You'll also be responsible for driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of hourly colleagues in the food and beverage department, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure they're meeting their goals and objectives.

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Work closely with your team to ensure that our stores are well-stocked, clean, and welcoming, and that our guests have a positive experience.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of store operations and customer service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with your team, guests, and other stakeholders to build trust and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and initiatives, and ensure that your team is aware of and adheres to them.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

  • At least 18 years old or older.
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of the food service industry and customer service principles.
  • Lead and consider others responsible.
  • Learn and adapt to current technology needs.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Manage responsibilities and focus on tasks autonomously.
  • Inviting and accommodating mentality.
  • Successful interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail or food service environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift or move product up to 40 pounds.
