Job Summary

As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting leads, scheduling virtual meetings with clients, and presenting benefit programs to enroll new clients and cultivate relationships with them. Key Responsibilities
* Contact the leads we provide to schedule virtual meetings with clients
- Present benefit programs to enroll new clients and cultivate relationships with them
- Collaborate with your manager to define clear objectives and goals, then achieve them through dedicated effort and determination
- Utilize effective communication skills to connect with clients and provide valuable advice and services
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
Essential Qualifications
* Laptop or computer with camera is required
- Possession of, or willingness to obtain a life & health license
- Basic computer literacy is essential
- Must reside in North America
Preferred Qualifications
* Sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong desire to help others to provide valuable advice and services
