Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and versatile college student to join our team as a Customer Service + Social Media Creation Specialist. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, chat, and email, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
- Create engaging social media content, including graphics, videos, and social media posts, that aligns with arenaflex's brand voice and aesthetic
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute social media campaigns that drive results
- Utilize 3D design tools, such as Blender, to create visually stunning graphics and animations
- Create social media reels and TikToks that showcase arenaflex's products and services
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging content across all social media platforms
- Analyze and report on social media metrics to measure campaign success and inform future strategies
Essential Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in graphic design, marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong creative skills, with experience in graphic design, social media creation, and content development
- Proficiency in 3D design tools, such as Blender, and social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok
