Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support via various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, while also identifying opportunities to improve our services and processes. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner

  • Provide professional and courteous customer support via various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email
  • Identify customer concerns or needs and recommend best solutions to resolve issues
  • Partner with other departments to reach mutually satisfactory resolutions of customer issues and identify opportunities to improve future customer experiences
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Minimum of one year of banking or financial services experience in a customer service role; previous contact center experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and retain customer relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to type with speed and accuracy, with experience using Microsoft Office products, web browsers, and operating systems
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, with frequent adjustments to hours and ability to work additional hours if needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote customer support environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
