Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a remote Customer Service Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support via phone, email, and other communication channels. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications and software
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of security and safety protocols
  • Experience working with diverse customer populations
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Equipment and Technical Requirements

* Candidates must have their own equipment for this role, including: + Internet Service (cannot connect via WIFI) + Core i3 with 16GB of RAM + Minimum of 25mbps upload and 25mbps download internet speed + Minimum of Windows 10 on computer + Modem connection - Must be hardwired to your computer via ethernet cable + Home computer, monitor, and headset that will allow agent to answer calls + USB headset that is Avaya compatible for incoming customer interactions

* I3 processor (minimum of 16GB RAM)

  • I5 processor (minimum of 8GB RAM)
  • Ryzen 3 or higher (minimum of 8GB RAM)
  • AMD (minimum of 8GB RAM)
