Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOs, or comparable technology is preferred
- Offering additional products and services to customers
- Providing expert customer experiences with a smile
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in both French and English
- 1+ year of experience in customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A quiet and distraction-free workspace at home
- Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing situations
- A reliable computer and internet connection (high-speed internet, not Wi-Fi or satellite)
- A smartphone for testing purposes
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
