Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success. As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex data models, as well as analyzing and interpreting large datasets to inform business decisions. Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and communication will enable you to drive business outcomes and contribute to arenaflex's continued success.

Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain complex data models to support business decision-making

• Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Work with junior analysts to develop their skills and knowledge in data analysis and visualization
• Develop and maintain statistical models to predict business outcomes and identify areas for improvement
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including business leaders and product managers
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of data analysis and visualization

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Math, Physical Science, Measurements, Financial Matters, Software Engineering, or a comparable field

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, research, or a related field
• Experience working with data visualization tools, such as Chartio, Looker, or Tableau
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL, A/B Testing, and statistical analysis (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis)
• Experience working with data science tools, such as R, Python, or Matlab
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
