The Role

As an Email/Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service via email, chat, and inbound calls. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, and you'll play a key role in addressing their inquiries, resolving their issues, and contributing to our excellent reputation for customer care. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service via email, chat, and inbound calls, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and concerns
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized support
  • Troubleshooting client issues efficiently, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions
  • Gathering client feedback to help improve our services and processes, contributing to continuous enhancement
  • Collaborating with team members to share insights and develop best practices for exceptional customer support

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer support or a related role
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong focus on providing helpful and concise responses
  • Experience with customer support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar (preferred)
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in written communication, even in challenging situations
  • Familiarity with eCommerce and CRM systems (preferred)
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
