Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Remote Live Chat Specialist. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and service to our clients through live chat. Your main goal will be to assist clients with any inquiries or issues they may have, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with clients through live chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate and detailed information about our services, products, and company policies - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide appropriate solutions - Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building rapport and providing excellent service - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of the construction industry - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge - Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our customer service goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Basic knowledge of construction terminology is a plus - Proficient in using live chat software and other computer applications - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
