Job Summary
As a part-time remote Customer Service Representative Associate | Flex, you'll be responsible for providing prompt and accurate responses to telephone inquiries from customers and financial professionals. You'll work in a structured and active inbound contact-center environment, where you'll be trained on our products and services to ensure you have the knowledge and skills to provide excellent customer service. Your primary goal will be to exceed published benchmarks related to soft skills, accuracy, call handle time, and attendance, while prioritizing solving problems, de-escalating situations, and guiding first call resolution.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls from customers or financial professionals who need assistance on our procedures
- Build relationships by listening, paraphrasing, and problem-solving
- Provide clear information and manage a diverse clientele
- Emphasize attendance and punctuality, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Support basic arenaflex website registration and navigation
- Research required information using available resources
- Follow up with customers or financial professionals to ensure their needs are met
- Respond to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued
What You Bring
* High School Diploma or GED required
- Aim to exceed standard call center metrics while providing excellent customer service
- Computer proficiency skills, with a focus on customer relationships
- Process-oriented, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction
- Availability to work shift-times between 7am-6pm (Monday-Friday)
- For 100% remote and hybrid roles: Appropriate internet speed in order to be effective at home of 50 mbps or higher of download speed
Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive salary range: $43,000 - $47,000
- Actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location
