Responsibilities
As a Customer Service and Social Media Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
Sales/Customer Service:
+ Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via various channels (email, phone, social media) + Help customers book or cancel appointments + Collect customers' feedback from on/off line channels on a daily basis and enter feedback into our database and update it accordingly + Courteously and promptly resolve patient concerns or refer to appropriate personnel + Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction + Provide accurate information and guidance to customers + Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members + Perform miscellaneous maintenance duties as required
Social Media Management:
+ Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives + Create engaging content (text, images, videos) to share on social media platforms + Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, customer inquiries, and industry trends + Respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner + Build and maintain a strong online community by fostering positive interactions with followers + Analyze social media metrics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Proven experience
in customer service and social media management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Fluency in English

Strong understanding
of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Proficiency
in social media management tools
Ability
to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Must work Eastern Time Zone from 10am - 5pm
