Job Summary

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll be responsible for handling a wide range of customer service interactions, including answering customer questions, conducting follow-ups, and confirming appointments. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every customer receives a personalized experience that meets their needs. This is a part-time remote position, which means you'll have the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a better work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

* Connect with customers online and over the phone to answer customer questions, conduct follow-ups, and confirm appointments

  • Triage incoming calls to the appropriate person or department to best assist the customer
  • Complete administrative tasks such as processing payments and updating information in our arenaflex systems
  • Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures, including collection policies and laws
  • Work collaboratively with our team to meet goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences

Qualifications and Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Thrive in a high-energy and fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge, including word processing and typing skills
  • Flexible work hours with shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must meet minimum technology requirements (Type of internet service and speed of internet service)
  • Candidates must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and manage multiple priorities
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
