We are looking for a driven and creative TikTok Shop Specialist to source, manage, and grow a portfolio of top-performing affiliates for our client. You will own the full affiliate lifecycle, from identification and outreach to retention and performance optimization, while serving as the key liaison between client and their affiliate partners. About:   We are looking for a driven and creative TikTok Shop Specialist to source, manage, and grow a portfolio of top-performing affiliates for our client. You will own the full affiliate lifecycle, from identification and outreach to retention and performance optimization, while serving as the key liaison between client and their affiliate partners. Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Source and manage 10 top-performing TikTok Shop affiliates per month per client
  • Handle identification, outreach, and retention of approved affiliates
  • Act as the primary liaison between the client and affiliates for all coordination needs
  • Support contract coordination and rate negotiation, with all final approvals from the client
  • Lead monthly strategy calls focused on performance, learnings, and next steps
  • Develop creative briefs, content angles, and performance analyses
  • Deliver monthly reporting with actionable optimization recommendations
  • Utilize Cruva to streamline affiliate discovery, outreach, and performance tracking within the TikTok ecosystem
  • What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in influencer marketing, affiliate management, or creator partnerships
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop and the creator/affiliate landscape
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
