Job Summary
As a Part-Time Customer Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions with clients will be the defining moment of their experience with our company. You will be expected to:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Demonstrate product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers
- Assist in product selection, suggesting alternatives and options where applicable
- Make business transactions, manage money, and process payments with precision
- Keep the sales area clean and organized, ensuring that merchandise is displayed correctly
- Monitor product status and assist with returns and returns
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team marketing goals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service
- Stay connected with product knowledge, promotions, and company policy
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and procedures
Requirements
* Previous sales or customer experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills and friendly approachable behavior
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic math skills and the ability to manage financial transactions

Preferred Qualifications

- Adaptability to work whenever between 6:00 am-2:00 am including weekends
