Job Overview

We are seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team with a primary focus on outbound calls. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a drive to contribute to our mission of empowering women in leadership positions. This is a remote position that requires 3 days a week from 10am-2pm.

Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to a lead list provided by the company, engaging potential clients and providing information about our services and initiatives. - Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and active listening. - Identify and qualify leads to determine potential interest and suitability for our programs and services. - Follow up on inbound inquiries promptly and professionally, addressing customer questions and concerns with accuracy and efficiency. - Document all interactions and updates in the CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up procedures. - Collaborate with team members to strategize and optimize outbound calling campaigns for maximum effectiveness and success. - Meet and exceed established targets for outbound call volume, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications
