Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries and providing support through live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing
• Resolving customer issues and complaints in a fair and efficient manner
• Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in chat support or a similar environment

• Strong analytical skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
