Job Summary
We're seeking experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative Agents to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Service Representative Agent, you'll have the opportunity to participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments, earning up to $750 per week. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn additional income from the comfort of your home, with flexible working hours and the option to participate remotely online or in-person.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative Agent, your key responsibilities will include:
- Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments
- Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys provided for each panel
- Using products and/or services, if provided, and being ready to discuss them prior to the meeting date
- Showing up at least 10 minutes before discussion start time
- Participating fully in discussions, both online and in-person
- Providing honest feedback on products and services in exchange for free samples and the opportunity to review and use new products before they are released to the public
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- A smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
- Access to a high-speed internet connection
- A desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- No prior customer service representative agent experience is necessary
