Shift Availability

We are currently seeking dedicated professionals to fill evening shift positions. The following schedules are available:

  • Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 12pm-9pm EST
  • Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 12pm-9pm EST
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday: 12pm-9pm EST
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday: 12pm-9pm EST

Note: All shifts include one weekend day, and candidates must be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as the first point of contact for our Athletes, handling a wide range of inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Product Inquiry Support: Assist Athletes with comprehensive product information, including sizing, features, availability, and recommendations tailored to their specific needs and preferences.
  • Order Management: Guide Athletes through the ordering process, ensuring accurate transactions, and provide real-time updates on existing order status, shipping timelines, and delivery information.
  • Returns and Replacements: Handle return requests and replacement inquiries with efficiency, ensuring a seamless process that maintains customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies.
  • Gift Card and Loyalty Program Support: Assist with gift card purchases, balance inquiries, and ScoreCard loyalty program issues, ensuring Athletes maximize the benefits of their membership.
  • First Call Resolution: Strive to resolve every issue during the first contact by taking ownership of the problem, demonstrating empathy, and keeping the Athlete informed throughout the resolution process.
  • Escalation Management: Handle escalated calls and transfers at a Tier II level support, demonstrating advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to de-escalate complex situations.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Research, troubleshoot, and resolve Athlete issues while identifying patterns that may require deeper assessment or process improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with individual retail stores and internal business partners to provide comprehensive support and reach effective resolutions for complex Athlete issues.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Execute various back-office functions, including accurate logging and tracking of all incident information in our customer relationship management system.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you must possess a combination of technical skills, interpersonal abilities, and a customer-first mindset. The following are essential for success at arenaflex:

  • Typing Proficiency: Ability to type at least 25 words per minute with high accuracy to efficiently handle customer inquiries and documentation.
  • Availability: Willingness and ability to work weekend days and holidays, as our Athletes count on us every day of the year.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in every interaction.
  • Communication Excellence: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, professionally, and empathetically.

Qualifications

We welcome candidates who meet the following requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, help desk, or a related field (retail-oriented experience is preferred).

Compensation and Benefits

We are committed to providing competitive compensation and a comprehensive rewards package. The target salary range for this position is between $30,900 and $46,200 annually, depending on experience, location, and internal pay equity.
