Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Work From Home Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining positive customer relationships by addressing product-related concerns, taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
  • Working from home, navigating multiple systems, and entering information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex problems to senior representatives when necessary
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas to continuously improve customer service processes and outcomes

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner

  • Take orders, verify customer information, and track packages to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment
  • Utilize multiple systems, including CRM software, to access customer information, track orders, and resolve issues
  • Enter information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas to continuously improve customer service processes and outcomes
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date on product knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or inbound customer service environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Previous experience in a call center or inbound customer service environment
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
