Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns

  • Utilize advanced knowledge of Amazon products and services to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote work environment
