Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Warehouse Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Processing and preparing orders for shipment, including contacting customers and preparing invoice/packing slips as per company procedures
• Preparing all daily orders for shipment using UPS World Ship system per established procedures
• Verifying that all Sales Orders have been processed prior to performing end of day procedures
• Managing inventory by receiving incoming shipments of film, tools, and supplies
• Verifying shipments per packing slips
• Submitting purchase orders to order film and/or tools and recording receipt of goods
• Reconciling and counting physical inventory
• Stocking all film and rotating older stock to the front; storing all other warehouse supplies/tools, shelving tools, and chemicals in their assigned areas
• Preparing and/or processing Daily Conversion List
• Processing all return-authorizations as per company procedure
• Replacing any damaged boxes and defacing any shipping labels on restocked film
• Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace by taking out trash, sweeping floors, and keeping all aisles and doorways free of debris, trash, or obstructions
• Ordering Warehouse supplies and tools as needed
• Assisting in answering incoming phone calls, including placing orders, invoicing orders, and handling technical questions for the dealer base

Additional Responsibilities:

* Analyzing and interpreting regulations, including work instructions, procedures, and policies

• Using basic math skills to mix cleaning solutions, count materials, and follow all safety procedures
• Utilizing basic computer skills, including MS Office and Max computer software

Management System (QMS/EMS) Responsibilities:

* Participating in identifying how the work that you do affects the quality or impacts the environmental aspects of the products or services we provide to customers

• Improving work processes
• Writing procedures or work instructions that describe your work
• Providing input and verifying that documented procedures are adequate and accurate
• Understanding and using your work/job instructions
• Understanding our quality and environmental policies and how they apply to you
• Keeping records and data
• Participating in internal audits
• Participating in ongoing process improvement
• Participating in external registration and surveillance audits

Desired Minimum Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required

• 2 years related experience

Special Requirements:

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access

• Ability to operate various software programs, including CRM
• Lifting up to and including 50 pounds

Physical Demands:

* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit or stand as needed. May require walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist, or lifting as required to file documents or store materials throughout the work day. Proper lifting techniques are required.

Work Environment:

* The performance of this position represents a typical office environment but occasionally requires exposure to the manufacturing areas, which require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and steel toe or composite toe shoes.
