Job Description:

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience that's both personalized and seamless. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound sales calls, helping customers find and purchase their ideal products. You'll work in a virtual environment, using your exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to connect with customers and provide them with a first-class buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound sales calls, responding to customer inquiries and providing them with product information and recommendations

• Use your critical thinking skills to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborate with product providers to obtain additional information that may not be available on our website
• Follow the assigned Sales Cycle and call stream, ensuring that customers receive a seamless and personalized experience
• Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, providing them with recommendations that meet their needs and preferences
• Work in a fast-paced environment, using your multitasking skills to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
• Participate in team-building activities, sales challenges, and other aspects of our company culture

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a call center, retail, or virtual environment
