What You'll Be Doing:

Providing Exceptional Service:

Work directly with arenaflex members in a fast-paced inbound contact center, providing outstanding service and building trust through open and interactive communication.

Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking:

Apply problem-solving and critical thinking skills to research and communicate solutions in a variety of situations, ensuring accurate and empathetic resolution.

Handling Customer Concerns:

Effectively handle customer concerns by utilizing available resources to provide accurate information and ensure empathetic resolution, while keeping records of all interactions and changes.

Confidentiality and Compliance:

Confidentially handle policy owner information and ensure compliance with communication standards, maintaining the trust and confidence of our members.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure thorough and timely resolutions for all members, driving business growth and success.

Required Experience:

Minimum 2 Years Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service-related position, with a high value placed on the customer/member experience; insurance/call center experience preferred.

Basic Mathematical Aptitude:

Demonstrated basic mathematical aptitude (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).

Technical Aptitude:

Technical aptitude with experience navigating and operating multiple computer applications and telephone technologies desired.

Insurance Industry Knowledge:

Basic understanding and knowledge of life insurance company operations, policies, and procedures, and knowledge of various insurance products preferred.

Education:

High School Diploma required; some college-level coursework preferred.
