We're urgently hiring for a Customer Service Delivery Station Associate to join our dynamic team and help us exceed customer expectations.

A Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Delivery Station Associate, you'll be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, where Amazon's leading logistics system operates. You'll be in contact with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers when they need guidance. Whether it's rescheduling a delivery or resolving a delivery issue, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring our customers receive a great experience every time.

Key Responsibilities

* Communicate with customers directly in-person, via phone, and email to resolve issues and provide support

  • Empathize with and prioritize customer needs, upholding company values and respecting every customer
  • Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers, consistently composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses
  • Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome
  • Make quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer
  • Work a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Requirements

* High School or equivalent diploma

  • Previous experience in Customer Service, with a strong focus on resolving issues and providing support
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency
  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook
  • Familiarity with multiple web browsers, data base searching, and instant messenger tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer support

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor Degree or equivalent work-related experience

  • Proficiency in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators
  • Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand
  • Experience in process improvement, customer experience, data analysis, and customer retention

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive salary, with a base pay ranging from $34,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $62,400/year in our highest geographic market
