Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner

  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
  • Experience working with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
