Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Inventory Network Optimization

Location:

Remote (with occasional on-site visits to arenaflex headquarters)

Employment Type:

Full-time

Work Hours:

8 hours per day, Monday to Friday

Salary:

$26/hour

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Inventory Network Optimization team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining complex data models, creating data visualizations and reports, and developing predictive analytics to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and supply chain, to identify areas of improvement and drive process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain complex data models using SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or similar

  • Create data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Develop predictive analytics models to forecast inventory levels, demand, and supply chain performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and drive process optimization
  • Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines to integrate data from various sources
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Develop and maintain documentation of data models, ETL pipelines, and analytics processes

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or similar
  • Experience with ETL pipelines and data integration tools such as Apache Beam, Apache Spark, or similar
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering

  • Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks
  • Certification in data science, data analysis, or a related field
