Job Summary

As an Experienced Pharmacy Technician – Data Entry & Customer Service, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional care. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing order entry tasks and collaborating with pharmacists to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Providing best-in-class customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Triaging customer service requests, calculating and verifying correct dosages, and reviewing narcotic prescriptions
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and providing dispensing pharmacists with critical information on allergies, drug interactions, and therapeutic duplications
  • Collaborating with the front-end team to ensure seamless medication dispensing processes

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
  • One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or working in a call center
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following skills and experience are highly desirable:

  • Prior experience in the long-term care industry
  • PTCB National Certification
  • Education: Verifiable High School Diploma or GED

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $28.46 per hour. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
