Business Development Representative

Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. is a growth-focused independent broker-dealer supporting financial advisors. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to assist with prospecting and lead generation activities, including cold calling and executing marketing campaigns to support recruiting objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain profiles for HOVs and recruiting events
  • Communicate with recruits to gather missing information for FPP acceptance and other requirements
  • Enter, update, and manage assets and deal information in the CRM system
  • Organize and store meeting notes and relevant data in the CRM
  • Track and resolve large sets of questions from recruits by coordinating with appropriate resources
  • Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned
  • Conduct cold calling and outreach to generate leads and identify warm prospects within the designated region
  • Support the development, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns to assist with recruiting objectives as needed
