What you'll need for success

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual language skills (dependent on location)
  • A valid driver's license (if required by local authorities)
  • The ability to pass a comprehensive background check and/or fingerprinting (if required)
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Previous customer service experience (preferable)
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and communication tools (preferable)
