Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Connecting with customers online and over the phone to answer their questions, conduct follow-ups, and confirm appointments
  • Triage incoming calls to the appropriate person or department to best assist the customer
  • Completing administrative tasks such as processing payments and updating information in our systems
  • Understanding and adhering to company policies and procedures, including collection policies and laws

What We're Looking For

* A high school diploma or equivalent, or 1 month of related experience

  • The ability to thrive in a high-energy and fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak and listen effectively with customers via phone or in writing
  • Basic computer knowledge, including word processing and typing skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • The ability to meet minimum technology requirements, including type of internet service and speed of internet service
  • A willingness to live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
