About the Role

As a Remote Impact Client Support Delegate, you'll play a critical role in supporting the Internal Body Shop in all aspects of its Approved Impact Program. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Work planning support:

Collaborate with the Body Shop team to ensure seamless execution of work plans and schedules.

Client communication and coordination:

Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Vehicle appearance arrangement:

Work closely with the Body Shop team to arrange for vehicle appearances, including twist and CCC organization appearance.

Rental coordination and hand off:

Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth rental and hand-off processes.

Material and supplies reordering:

Reorder materials and supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations.

Fix survey and conveyance:

Conduct surveys and coordinate conveyance of vehicles as required.

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Crash Fix or related field:

A degree in Crash Fix or a related field is essential for this role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills:

You'll need to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment:

You'll be working in a dynamic environment with limited supervision, so you'll need to be self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Microsoft Office experience:

Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus, but not essential.

Ability to train others:

You'll need to be able to train and mentor colleagues as required.

Comfort working in a crash shop environment:

You'll need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on crash repair.
