Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, exclusively for residents of Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-volume call center environment where you will assist customers with inquiries regarding open enrollment, application statuses, and more. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate entry of customer information, and leveraging available resources to resolve customer issues.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to general insurance enrollment inquiries and providing assistance with eligibility, plan selections, and modifications.

  • Ensure accurate entry of customer information and interactions into the system.
  • Leverage available resources to resolve customer issues and provide insightful answers to questions.
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges related to insurance processes, policies, and systems.
  • Conduct thorough research as needed to address complex customer concerns.

Required Skills

Qualifications

* Must be a resident of Colorado.

  • A minimum of 1 year of consistent call center experience is required; 2-3 years is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience is essential.
  • Dependable attendance is crucial, particularly during the 2-3 week training program.
  • A quiet home office setup free from distractions is necessary.
  • Familiarity with the Colorado Benefits Management System (CBMS) is advantageous.
