Job Description:

As a remote customer service representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting our growing team. Your primary responsibility will be to respond professionally to inbound service requests from patients and physicians, providing accurate information and timely follow-through to requests requiring extensive research and response.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to inbound service requests from patients and physicians in a professional and courteous manner

  • Provide accurate information and timely follow-through to requests requiring extensive research and response
  • Work in a fast-paced, structured environment with established standards, guidelines, and procedures
  • Maintain composure and patience while speaking with patients and physicians
  • Type with speed and accuracy, familiarity/working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (mastery not needed) and modern office procedures
  • Prior experience with various call center solutions is a plus

Essential Qualifications:

* Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school

  • At least one year of prior customer services experience
  • Equivalent combination of education and prior experience where two years' experience equals one year of schooling may be used for education requirement
  • Strong communication skills and ability to speak clearly, using appropriate grammar and word choice
  • Displays professional telephone etiquette and ability to use advanced phone systems
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and manage objectives with little supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prior experience with various call center solutions

  • Foreign language fluency is a plus
