As a Remote Freight and Logistics Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless freight operations. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate effectively with customers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth freight operations
- Process and manage freight shipments, including tracking, tracing, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
