Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, providing support to our clients via phone, email, and chat. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer calls, respond to emails, and engage with clients via chat to resolve their queries and concerns

  • Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Provide accurate information about arenaflex's products and services, including flight schedules, fares, and travel options
  • Make changes to customer reservations, including flight schedules, seat assignments, and special requests
  • Collaborate with our Sales and Operations teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints and feedback
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in using computer software, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote customer service environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, including our flight schedules, fares, and travel options
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other software used in customer service environments
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
  • Experience working in a call center environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
