Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
* Accurately enter data into our system using provided images
- Identify and categorize document types based on provided documentation
- Ensure all data entered meets quality standards
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate professionally with team members as needed
- Offer suggestions for process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes
What We're Looking For
We are seeking self-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic, who can multitask and maintain focus on detailed tasks. A quick learner who can follow instructions effectively is essential, as well as proficiency in English (reading and speaking). A minimum typing speed of 50 WPM with 95% accuracy is also required.
Prior Experience in Data Entry Preferred
While prior experience in data entry is preferred, we are open to training the right candidate. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply.
