What You'll Do
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches. Your responsibilities will include:
- Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area
- Managing notices in different job portals with which we work and evaluating candidates that apply to them
- Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open
