What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting customers with inquiries related to accounts, procedures, and services via phone or email
- Providing exceptional customer service to both customers and internal teams
- Performing accounts receivable duties, including calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and resolving account conflicts through our escalation process
- Partnering with the Sales Department to provide administrative support
- Performing basic data entry and other administrative tasks
Qualifications
We're looking for a candidate with:
- 2 years of customer service experience in an administrative setting (preferred)
- Prior accounts receivable experience (highly encouraged)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (recommended)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional telephone and email etiquette
- Essential skills: active listener, responsive, and personable
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS, etc.)
- Time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player and independently
- Problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment
- Comfortable performing basic mathematical skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, etc.)

Compensation
$18.50 - $21.50/hour
