What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will:
- Assist Members with Pharmacy Benefit Plans: Provide expert support to our members through inbound calls, helping them navigate their pharmacy benefit plans and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Provide Information on Prescription Insurance: Educate members on prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their benefits.
- Receive Necessary Training: Participate in comprehensive training programs to develop your skills and knowledge in handling client and member inquiries.

What is Required (Qualifications)
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent experience is preferred, but not required.
