What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will:

  • Assist Members with Pharmacy Benefit Plans: Provide expert support to our members through inbound calls, helping them navigate their pharmacy benefit plans and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Provide Information on Prescription Insurance: Educate members on prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their benefits.
  • Receive Necessary Training: Participate in comprehensive training programs to develop your skills and knowledge in handling client and member inquiries.
  • Offer Solutions to Simplify Members' Healthcare Experience: Empower members to take control of their health by providing personalized solutions and recommendations.

What is Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1 Year Experience Interacting with Customers: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer Proficiency in Windows-based Applications: Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Windows-based applications.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to Problem Solve in a Positive, Productive Manner: Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding solutions that benefit both the customer and the organization.
  • Strong Customer Service Skills: Demonstrated ability to provide courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism in a customer-facing role.

  • At Least 6 Months of Healthcare Experience: Previous experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in customer service or related roles.

  • Comfortable Relating to Customers in a Patient, Helpful Way: Proven ability to build rapport with customers, providing empathetic and patient support.
