Job Description

As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries via phone, chat, and email. You will resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience, and work collaboratively with team members to meet performance goals and improve customer satisfaction. Your role will involve assisting with product information, order statuses, returns, and troubleshooting, while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor with customers at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries via phone, chat, and email.

  • Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance goals and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with product information, order statuses, returns, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain a positive, professional demeanor with customers at all times.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Meet performance goals and metrics, such as first call resolution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable with technology and multitasking.
  • Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote environment.
  • Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
