Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities

* Provide excellent customer service to customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Support both customers and team members, providing guidance and assistance as needed
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments
• Promote company services and products, highlighting their benefits and features
• Accurately enter data, information, bills, receipts, reports, and other documents
• Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, offering solutions and support as needed
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
• Record customer information within our customer service database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, actively listening to their concerns and offering support and solutions

Minimum Requirements

* 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an office environment

• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records and data entry
• Enthusiastic approach to customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional results
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to team goals
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain effective communication with other employees and management teams

Preferred Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in labor cost analysis, inside sales, or a related field

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Access
• Experience with customer service software and databases
