Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative in our Inbound Call Center, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing large volumes of incoming calls in a fast-paced work environment
- Providing customers with courteous and professional customer service in person or over the phone
- Providing account information to customers, including account balances, history, and payments
- Data Entry and processing customer transactions
- Assisting customers in the reconciliation of their accounts
- Building effective relationships and trust with customers and potential customers by listening to their needs
- Processing customer transactions and ensuring all necessary information is in place prior to completing the transaction
- Opening new accounts and performing other related duties as assigned by management
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- One to two years of related experience or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills, with a commitment to excellence and high standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams
